Joshua Goodman

Joshua Goodman, the AP’s Latin America correspondent based in Miami, brings two decades of experience reporting from the region. Prior to moving to his new position in 2019, Goodman was responsible for video, text and photo operations as the AP’s news director for the Andean region based in Bogota, Colombia. He has also lived in Buenos Aires, Caracas and Rio de Janeiro, leading coverage of big stories such as anti-government unrest in Venezuela, the volatile Colombian peace process and Brazil’s economic boom and bust.
