Rolli and the CMIA collaborate to offer state-of-the art digital media tools to journalists

Updated: Jul 23

The Center for Media Integrity of the Americas is working with Rolli, an exciting start-up company that connects journalists with subject matter experts and uses AI to produce state-of-the-art tools for these media professionals.

On June 26, Rolli founders , Catalina Villegas and Nick Toso demonstrated to CMIA members their

proprietary platform that detects trends across all social media platforms in real time.

The Rolli app offers journalists - especially in struggling fake-news environments - the capability to review, analyse and publish these trends with accurate, real time information about who originated the content, whether posts are real users or bots/troll farms, and where content is geographically spreading.

Rolli is generously partnering with the CMIA to offer this powerful tool to all members of our network for free.

Like the CMIA, Rolli is dedicated to sustaining the high quality and integrity of journalism through the use of innovative technology and truth telling.
